    ● Check-in: from 15:00
    ● Check-out: by 11:00

    Guests, Noise & Behaviour
    ● No unregistered guests or visitors.
    ● Quiet hours: 22:00–06:00
    ● No parties or events.
    ● Please treat the capsule, furniture, and equipment with respect. Damage may incur extra
    costs.
    ● No pets unless agreed in advance with the owner

    Smoking / Vaping & Fire Safety
    ● No smoking or vaping inside the capsule.
    ● Smoking/vaping outside is allowed.
    ● No open fires outside.
    ● BBQ is allowed only in the provided BBQ facility.

    Curtains & Windows (Important)
    ● Please close the windows before closing the curtains.
    ● Curtains are electrically operated only — use the curtain buttons at the entrance panel or
    bed head.
    ● Do not pull or tug the curtains manually (this can damage the motor)

    Toilets, Drains & Plumbing
    ● Please only flush toilet paper and human waste.
    ● Do not flush or put down sinks/drains: kitchen roll/paper towels, sanitary products
    (tampons, pads, panty liners), diapers, wipes, food scraps, fat/oil.
    ● Please avoid environmentally harmful chemicals (e.g., chlorine) down drains/toilets

    Rubbish & Recycling
    ● Please dispose of your rubbish before leaving in the labelled bins on the driveway above
    the black house.
    ● Inside the capsule there are 3 bins:
    ○ Under sink: Organic (paper bag) & General waste (plastic bag)
    ○ Bathroom: Sanitary items/wrappers
    ● Sweden takes separation seriously: glass, plastic, metal, and paper should be separated
    and placed in the correct bins.
    ● Please place general waste in sealed/closed bags.

    Electrical / Equipment
    ● Do not unplug any plugs outside underneath the capsule.
    ● If anything is faulty or defective, contact the host via WhatsApp.

  • 8

    Car Charging
    ● Please contact the host if you need to charge your car.
    ● Car charging is available for a fee at the car parking area of the Grey Upper House using
    only the provided charging post.

  • 9

    Inside the Capsule
    ● No shoes inside the Forest Capsule.
    ● Please don’t move furniture unnecessarily.

    10. Garden & Outdoor Areas
    ● Please respect the gardens. Do not pick fruits or vegetables.
    ● BBQ use: bring your own charcoal and lighting equipment. Only BBQ is the provided area.

Check In Information

  • Check-In is from 14:00 onwards.
  • Free parking spots are available.
  • You will be giving a check in code when you arrive.

  • Our cancellation policy: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival.

Check Out Information

  • Check-Out is latest 12:00.
  • Please check your personal items before you leave.
  • Turn off all the lights and the AC.
  • Please take all the trash out.

  • Make sure all the windows are shut.

Please consider the following points before you leave:

  • Leave the Capsule in good order.
  • Refrigerator is empty with no food remains or drinks left behind.
  • Dishes are clean and put away.
  • Dispose of garbage bags in the appropriate waste containers.
  • All lights are turned off and windows closed
  • Air Conditioner and floor heating to be turned off upon departure.
  • All taps are off.
