Please take the time to read our below House Rules. You must agree to these rules in order to gain access to our property.

    Check in from 15:00 onwards

    Quiet Hours between 22:00 – 06:00

    No open fires outside.

    Please close the windows before attempting to close the electric curtains. You must use ONLY the curtain electric control buttons located on either the entrance panel or on the head of the bed to close and open the curtains. Please do not pull the curtains manually as this can cause a malfunction or jam of curtain motor.

    If there is any faulty or defective equipment, please contact the host via WhatsApp.

    Please only flush toilet paper and human waste down the toilet. (Kitchen roll, and sanitary products will clog the toilet). Please use the designated bins for waste.

    Please dispose of your own rubbish, in the labelled bins on the driveway above the black house, prior to leaving. There are 3 bins for waste, located in the forest capsule. There are 2 bins under the sink (organic waste bin has a paper bag and general waste has a plastic bag) and 1 bin located in the bathroom for sanitary towels, wrappers etc.

    Do not unplug any plugs on the outside, underneath the Forest Capsule.

    Please contact the host if you wish to charge your car. We offer a Car Charging Station for a fee, in the car parking area of the Grey Upper House. I agree to use only the provided car charging post whilst on the property.

    No Pets Allowed, unless agreed with the owner.

    No Unregistered Guests or Visitors Allowed

    No smoking or vaping inside the capsule. Smoking/vaping outside is allowed.

    Additional cost may be incurred if there are items that are damaged. Please treat the capsule with respect.

    Curtains are electrically operated, please DO NOT attempt to maneuver the curtains manually to avoid damage. (pulling or tugging)

    Please do not move the furniture around unnecessarily.

    Do not throw anything into the toilet or sink (no white roll, tampons, sanitary towels, diapers, panty liners). Please do not throw environmentally harmful cleaning products such as chlorine, etc., food scraps, fat or oil down the drain or into the toilets. This causes serious blockages. If you are unsure, please ask us on WhatsApp.

    BBQ is permitted in the provided BBQ facility. (You will need to bring your own charcoal, and lighting equipment.)

    Respect the gardens, do not pick any fruits or vegetables.

    Sweden takes waste separation seriously. We kindly ask that general waste be deposited in closed waste bags in the designated waste bins upon departure. Glass, plastic, metal and paper should be separated from other types of waste and deposited in the appropriate bins.

Check In Information

  • Check-In is from 14:00 onwards.
  • Free parking spots are available.
  • You will be giving a check in code when you arrive.

  • Our cancellation policy: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival.

Check Out Information

  • Check-Out is latest 12:00.
  • Please check your personal items before you leave.
  • Turn off all the lights and the AC.
  • Please take all the trash out.

  • Make sure all the windows are shut.

Please consider the following points before you leave:

  • Leave the Capsule in good order.
  • Refrigerator is empty with no food remains or drinks left behind.
  • Dishes are clean and put away.
  • Dispose of garbage bags in the appropriate waste containers.
  • All lights are turned off and windows closed
  • Air Conditioner and floor heating to be turned off upon departure.
  • All taps are off.
